高锰钢陶瓷复合铸造圆锥破衬板(动/静锥)及鄂破齿板,即在高锰钢耐磨材料中熔铸陶瓷颗粒,形成陶瓷金属复合材料层,这层复合层的耐磨性能可达高铬材料的2-3倍,同时继承了高锰钢的耐冲击性能,
通常,基材选用= Mn18Cr2
热处理后高锰钢本体硬度= HB160-220 (冲击后=HB500)
陶瓷颗粒硬度= HV1400 
热处理后陶瓷颗粒硬度=HRC60-70 
热处理后陶瓷颗粒间硬度= HB400-HB500 
陶瓷复合材料扎臼壁的使用寿命是常规高锰钢的2倍以上,其适用范围比高铬材料更广泛。
